Late Period to ptolemaic Period, Ca. 664 - 30 BC.
A group of painted cartonnage fragments. At the top is a fragment depicting the sky goddess Nut, shown in profile with a solar disc above her head and outstretched wings in alternating blue, black, and red. Below is a narrower fragment with a band of stylised pendants and circular motifs. The lower section consists of a single large fragment combining a winged scarab and a broad collar, the wings extending horizontally in red and blue, while the collar is formed of concentric rows of alternating red, blue, black, and yellow lotus flowers, wedjat eyes, and circles, terminating in falcon-head terminals surmounted by sun discs with uraei.
