A Very Fine Chinese Carved Jadeite and Coral Bead Court Necklace, 19th/early 20th century 45-3/4 inches (116.2 cm) (total length) 7/8 inches (largest bead diam.) The court necklace is comprised by 108 beads including 4 large reticulated carved coral beads, each featuring Shou medallions surrounded by scrolling foliage, along with 104 jadeite beads, each decorated similarly with Shou medallions. The three tassels each bearing 8 coral beads and a water-drop-form jadeite pendant, all suspending two oval jadeite pendants. The coral beads in an overall salmon color, the jadeite beads and pendants of beautiful rich green tone in various hues. HID03101062020
