Note:
Goode's early career was amongst the young pop artists in Los Angeles. In 1962, his work was exhibited in a seminal exhibition at The Pasadena Art Museum (now the Norton Simon Museum) in Pasadena, California alongside artists including Andy Warhol, Roy Lichtenstein, and Edward Ruscha, in what would eventually be called 'Pop Art'.
His work from the 1970s became more minimalist, including slashed paintings of clouds.
