Group of five Japanese ceramic bowls and a dishes, comprising:
Arita blue and white foliate bowl, the well decorated with masts in a landscape, the rim with a grape vine design, the glaze with a blue-grey cast;
Arita blue and white bowl, the exterior decorated with a landscape, the inside of the rim with a reapeated lappet design;
Arita blue and white bowl, the exterior decorated with a continuous figurative landscape scene;
Arita blue and white dish of small proportion, decorated to the interior with a figurative scene in a garden landscape standing by a large prunus tree;
Hirado blue and white dish, decorated to the interior with a typical scene of
karako
(children) playing in a landscape surrounded by pine trees
