A gold bodkin case, English, circa 1760, in the form of a Solomonic column with chased composite capital and chased rose borders alternating with polished bands, plain base, the interior with associated gilt-metal folding scissors, 9.7cm., 3 7/8 in. high;
A parcel-gilt silver needle case, late 18th century, of tapering form, overlaid with scrolled silver filigree, the front of the lid with an armorial cartouche, engraved with initials: EM, 3¾in high;
A gold and enamel pencil holder, probably Paris, 1768-1774, decorated with reeded gold bands with green and blue basse-taille enamel borders of flowers, leaves and ovolos, contremarque for 1768-1774, 5¼in high
