The A. Lange & Söhne 1815 CHRONOGRAPH is a perfect blend of traditional watchmaking and modern technology. The watch comes in a prestigious 18 K white gold case and combines timeless beauty with state-of-the-art mechanics. The solid silver dial with Arabic numerals, railway minute track and exquisitely finished totalizers is reminiscent of the traditional classic pocket watches, from which the name of the 1815 range takes its name – 1815 is the year the company’s founder Ferdinand Adolph Lange was born. At the same time the tachymeter and pulsometer scales on the edge serve a function, e.g. determining a heart rate, while also lending the watch a sportive touch. Inside runs manufactory a calibre L951.0, which is a chronograph movement with traditional ratchet wheel and precise jumping minute counter. The integrated flyback function allows stopping, returning to zero and restarting the chronograph by the press of a button, which is perfect for fast and seamless timekeeping.
