Hamon[tempering pattern]: appears choji-midare and gunome in places, yo, utsuri
Boshi[tip]:appears jizo with turnback
Habaki[collar]: silver on copper
Nakago[tang]:machi-okuri, kurijiri, two mekugi-ana (one plugged)
Inshirasaya[plain wood scabbard] with sayagaki inscription
Koshirae[mount]: with black lacquer kizami-saya [ribbed scabbard], silvered fittings chased and engraved with vine and tendril, inlaid silver dew drops, the kozuka and kogai with foliate scrolls, copper-gilt and silver tomoe mon applied to fittings, the menuki in the form of further tomoe mon,
