Note:
Wellington is best known for his depictions of the Gloucestershire landscape and a number of these works are now in museum collections including the Tate, the Ashmolean and Southampton Art Gallery. There have been exhibitions of his work at important galleries including Agnews and Abbott & Holder. He was also a prolific writer, producing books on William Rothenstein in 1923 and Jacob Epstein in 1925.
