Of extraordinarily elegant form, the top frame of five sections, joined by pressure-pegged scarf joins, inset with a well figured
dalishi marble top, the edge of the frame moulding downward and inward from about half way down to a very high waist, the waist consisting of five openwork panels intricately carved with leafy floral branches, alternating with delicately carved leafy sprays, above an exquisite, deep curvilinear shaped, beaded-edged aprons carved with entwined-leaves, all raised on elegantly shaped legs flaring outward into a leaf-shaped feet, ending on shaped pads supported by five small feet.
